I need advice, motivation HELP!!!

I’m married and have 3 kids. I have a 1, 3, and 9 year olds. 2 little boys and older daughter. I use to be 125 before I had kids and now I’m 160. I want to work out and eat healthy. We have weights at home to work out with but I get off of work at 5 and have to pick up my kids from 2 different places so I get home late and still have to cook and shower everyone and it gets late and I don’t like going to sleep late. The eating healthy part we don’t always have enough money to buy healthy food just regular food for kids and snacks and chicken and the regular stuff. I really wanna lose weight so I can look good for my husband and feel better about my self and not so insecure. I need some motivation or ideas and how to change my routines or easy simple cheap recipes.
