Miscarriage with Kyleena??

So I’ve had the IUD for a year and I slept with someone a little over a month ago. We did not use any protection and he didn’t pull out and we’ve done it multiple times within the last month. I haven’t had a normal period in the last few months (not even slightly spotting). Not having a period is normal for me with this IUD.

Yesterday I started to get what felt like period cramps but I wasn’t spotting at all. Today I had a little bit of a pinkish color discharge and I noticed something in it looked like flesh or something. I didn’t take a picture but I found one that was close to what it looked like.

Mine was like the lighter part of hers and there was a blackish speck in it. Mine wasn’t shaped like this, it was more of just a strip or line. Would this just be normal tissue or could this be a miscarriage?
