I'm currently pregnant with my second baby, nearly 7 weeks. I've been having really bad nausea that makes me not want to eat, heartburn so bad it wakes me from my sleep, and stomach cramps that make me want to just curl up on on the sofa and not move.

I didn't have any of this with baby number 1, but I'm starting to worry now, is it normal and it's just a rough pregnancy or something I should go to the doctors about.

I must say, I didn't lose all of the weight from baby number 1 so I am overweight which I wasn't the first time around and am now worrying it may cause issues with the pregnancy.
