Help no judging

So I had sex on July 31,2018 (according to the app I was in my fertile window) I took a “take action” pill the next day.... I had brown discharge for a couple of days after taking it, I had sex again with someone else on August 10th and didn’t use an emergency contraceptive. (I wasn’t ovulating anymore) I missed a period and here I am pregnant. According to my LMP I’m 7 weeks pregnant but according to the ultrasound I’m 6 weeks and 4 days. Could it be guy #1 or #2 kid? I had a positive pregnancy test on August 20th
