Bleeding? 24 weeks?!

Okay so my first trimester i bled a bit. But not a whole lot.

Now I’m 24 weeks. About a month ago, i swear my mucus plug came out mixed with blood. And i had brown discharge. Dr said i had a Uti, kidney infection and cystitis. Well i took all my meds and I’ve been good. Been getting cramps on and off and i thought it was Braxton Hicks but the nurse said it’s too soon for that. Now, yesterday was my drs appt and he said baby looks good but this morning i woke up and there was spots of blood on my panties again. My dr is closed today and idk if i should be that concerned and call the hospital?! Btw since the first trimester there’s been no sexual intercourse with me and my spouse because i was high risk of miscarriage. Anyone else have this or know what’s going on? Any advice ?!
