insomnia why?? desperate for sleep
i don't mean to sound whiney but why would you get insomnia while pregnant?! i am so exhausted when i get into bed but yet i lay awake until all hours of the night or worse i wake up at 4 am and can't go back to sleep. Does anyone have any thing that helps them? i have tried benadryl it isn't helping anymore.
