Prewash and main wash question

What do you recommend for each? Does my routine sound okay? I have a front loader and will be using tide powder because I have hard water (under 180ppm).

Prewash: 1/2 full detergent, cold, heavy soil, heavy spin

Main wash: full detergent, hot, heavy soil, heavy spin

I know Fluff Love doesn’t recommend an extra rinse and spin but I don’t want any leftover detergent in the diapers. Are there any moms who do the extra rinse and spin anyways with no problems? Thanks!
