Am I wrong for wanting to end it?

Long story short. My boyfriend of year and 3 months is acting like a child. He won't keep a job. He hasn't talked me to in who knows how long. He didn't even say happy anniversary. I told him we need to talk and he said Kay then nothing after that. He won't let me come see him. His friend who is like a brother to him said he probably doesn't care about me. 
I feel like he isn't ready for relationship. I am tired of his childish behaviour. Am I wrong for wanting to end it?

I think in his head he's already broken up with you... Why would you keep trying to be with someone who won't text you or see you in person? And why would you accept that behavior at all? If a guy is into you he will show you. He will text you when he has the chance, call you when he can, and go see you when you can't go see him. There will be effort from a guy that's deserving of your affections. If you get anything less just let it go. You're reaching and some jerks just don't deserve that attention.

You don't need anyone's permission to end this!! Send it to him in a text since he doesn't want to see you & be about your way.
You don't need a lazy, selfish, disrespectful person like that in your life. 
I had a bf for 8 months who went MIA for 2 whole weeks. No phone call no text no home visit. In my mind we had already broken up, I was NOT waiting around. 
I saw him & confronted him like uh you know it's over right? He said well I guess so, I'm like yea ass hole you know exactly why.
Turns out later the truth was simply that he was cheating & drinking again. So had I waited around crying & dying over him I would have wasted time.
