What do miscarriage feel like?

Lots of blood and the worse cramping I've ever felt.

Had mine at 6 weeks 2 days. It started off bleeding and sort of like soreness in uterus then by that night i was in SO much pain for about an hour or so until it passed. I was laying in bed with a heating pad on my back so that may have helped the pain go away quicker then i just bled for another 7 days like a regular period. Total 8 days

I had two. One at 5 weeks and one at 6weeks. Both felt like a little more painful periods. Both were a little more heavy for the first day or so. I’m so sorry your going through that. It’s awful!!

I had a 10 week miscarriage and a 4-5 week miscarriage. Very different experiences. The 4-5 week was basically like a regular period with more severe cramping. I got a BFP on a Sunday. Monday, the line was lighter and I was cramping pretty bad. By Thursday the test was totally negative and I started bleeding.

It didn't "feel" like anything. I just stood up out of bed and felt a surge of blood. Kept bleeding for about 2 weeks. If anything, after the initial surge, it just felt like period cramps.
