Cervical changes

Does anyone else track the position of their cervix throughout the month? My SO and I have been TTC for approx 9 months. My cervix never really seemed to change position much and when I went for a progesterone test, it turned out I wasn't ovulating so my Dr. put me on Clomid. This was the first month of Clomid + TTC. I didn't track ovulation other than with this app but we had plenty of sex. I am only 5-6 days DPO but I feel like absolute crap (tired, dizzy, bloated) and my cervix is so high I can barely reach it. Has anyone else experienced such early pregnancy symptoms, or could it be from the medication or wishful thinking?
