Just a little vent.

Anyone else hate weight fluctuations???

It is so annoying. A couple weeks ago I weighed myself and I was 149! It was a big goal for me to get under 150 as it had been over 2 years since I had been in the 140s. Then last week I weigh myself and I’m 155 AGAIN! Today I weigh myself and I’m 153. Ugh!!! I want to be 145 by October 6th because I’m visiting extended family that day and I wanna look/feel skinnier since they last saw me, even though I know I already am, but it’s just the idea of being well under 150, you know? I am doing my best to get down to my goal weight of 129, the lowest recommended weight for my height and build, and I’m doing it slowly and healthily. I want to be healthy, so no need to worry. I’m just soooooooooo frustrated! I just started a regular weight loss/toning work out routine and I walk my dog up to an hour a day (well, I try to walk him that much, but lately I keep having foot cramps due to needing new walking shoes), I eat healthy, and stop eating when I feel full, so why am I fluctuating so much?!
