bicornuate uterus anyone?!

So it was discovered (now during my 2nd pregnancy) that I have a bicornuate uterus. My ultrasound tech couldn’t really tell me much about the significance that would play in pregnancy, so I’m curious if any other mamas have it and if they had any complications during pregnancy/labor. I did go into labor a week early with my first, but nothing major. Also, he came out on his own but I’m sure that’s also normal in some cases too and might not have any relation.

Just want any information possible so I can mentally prepare myself just in case. All I’ve read is pretty negative and says it’s now a high risk pregnancy. Not sure if that’s accurate or not.
