Okkkk so I started high school about 3 weeks ago. I need to know some personal hygiene tips like how to not look horrible after gym and how to make a body spray last. I want to be attracted guys.

Wear good deodorant for gym. If you’re out getting sweaty, there’s not much you could do to look stunning after gym lol unless you guys take showers or something. Use perfume instead of body spray so it’ll last longer. Most importantly, remember that just cause you smell nice doesn’t mean that guys will be attracted to you. Just be yourself and the right guy will come

I had a roller ball perfume I would put a little on after gym and also had a small brush to brush my hair into a neater pony.
