Please help !!!
Im 3 days pp. I havent been breastfeeding also. My breast are rock hard, stiff, swollen, and leaking milk. It hurts SO bad that it feels like i got surgery on them or something. They are swollen literally stiff. I cant even lay down on my side or my back or i will cry due to the pain. I had a light fever as well today. What does this mean please somone help ☹️ Thanks
