I got one when I was 5 weeks. (I had no idea I was pregnant) my baby is fine. But that doesnt mean get one when you know you are pregnant! When I was about 6 months pregnant my boyfriend went to get a tattoo and I asked the piercer if she could pierce my nose. She wouldn’t do it because when you’re pregnant, your body is going through a lot of changes. You don’t know how much you’ll bleed, sometimes your body will reject it because it’s a foreign object, and there’s always a risk for infection. Which you really don’t want. So if a piercer doesn’t recommend a piercing while pregnant, it’s definitely not a good idea to get tattooed

Nope. I’m walking around with an unfinished tattoo right now because finishing it isn’t worth the risk while pregnant. I have the rest of my life to get tattoos.
