I’m about to go CRAZY!!!

Okay so since Thursday I’ve been feeling like I’m on my period. I’ve had the back cramps and front cramps but NO CONTRACTIONS OR TIGHTENING!! I’m 39+5 and I just feel like I have the period shits but nothing happens. I feel like I’m going crazy because it does hurt but nothing is happening. Just constant period like pain. Idk what to do since I’ve tried water, baths, Tylenol, showers, etc. I thought about going into l&d but they would just send me home. I’m so tired of this!!
