When does the second trimester start?

I thought it started at 14 weeks, but I just read my glow article thing it said I was in my second trimester. I'm 12 weeks 1 day today.

Some sites say 13 weeks and others say 14 weeks.

40 weeks divided by 3 is 13 weeks and 3 days. So somewhere during week 13. Doesn't really divide neatly which is why some say 13 some say 14.

Every website is different! My doctor told be 12 weeks but she’s kinda unhelpful in general so I have no idea 😂
I started feeling way better like second trimester at 14 weeks but I had extreme morning sickness...so I’m kinda unsure! The picture someone posted below is super helpful and I would go by that!

14 weeks is when the second trimester starts I’m 19 weeks and 2 days I was over the moon when I hit the second trimester
