Any mamas not taking prenatal vitamins??

This is baby #2 and I have not been able to keep any vitamins down for the longest I’ve been taking flinstones every now and then but they just make me so sick anyone else having this problem and not taking prenatals??

Didnt take them at all

I eat the gummies (when I cam remember smh) any sort of pill makes me gag

You should try, they are important. The folic acid alone is helpful to baby

I’ve been terrible at remembering. There’s no way I could have gone back on the birth control pill after having my daughter because I’d never remember it 😅😅😅 I was religiously taking them during my first pregnancy but I’m lucky to take them every other day with this one. I eat a fairly balanced diet but I do feel really bad 😔

I haven’t taken them with either of my pregnancies. Most of the nutrients in regular store bought vitamins aren’t absorbed anyway. I just make sure to keep a very whole, nutrient dense healthy diet!
