Stay at home moms?

What do you do to unwind? I love being a sahm but some days it just gets really hard being home all day with the baby, it gets stressful. I need to find ways to unwind but idk what to do

I have a glass of wine. And relax on the couch after baby goes to bed. SAHM is no joke. Esp now - when baby is on the move 24/7.

Taking a walk in the stroller has been such a huge help. Keeps the baby quiet to where I don't hear him and helps me clear my mind and enjoy thinking about something else besides housework dinner and what the baby needs.

I'm lucky enough that my husband doesn't work until 10:30 am daily so if I want to go to the gym, go do yoga, or just run some morning errands without the baby I can. A good glass of wine or walk in the neighborhood is also a go to for me.

Girl. This imho been my life for the past year and I'm having another baby in a few days. I usually watch TV or play video games smh. Also, I'm in grad school so I try to fit that in as well lol. Also, when my daughter was smaller and I wasnt as pregnant I would go to the park with her. Or I walk around walmart 😔 LOL. Just have to make the most of it.

I go up to my moms house every now and then she gives me a break or two, looking forward to first weekend out with hubby after a year of stay home with baby time

Lmao my way of unwinding is driving to the store by myself while husband is home with our daughter 😭 he works long days so I have her a lot

Start a hobby. I do food photography now to keep myself busy whenever the baby is playing or sleep.
