I’m super worried about my relationship

Me and my boyfriend have been living together for a little more than a year, and I’m madly in love with him. Everything use to be amazing and he was very caring and loving. He recently went back to his hometown for 3 weeks. During that trip he called me once and he occasionally texted me back( I wrote it off as him just wanting to spend time with his friends) After the trip he barely talks to me does hug me, only kisses me if I kiss him first and the only time he really touches me is when he wants to have sex. I don’t feel loved or cared about at all. I feel so completely alone even though we share a bed. I’m so incredibly scared that I’m losing him and I cry myself to sleep about it almost nights. I just don’t know what to do anymore. And yes I’ve tried telling him how I feel and it didn’t matter to him.
