Never thought it would be me...

Never thought that I would be a person of a dv (domestic violence) my heart hurts, my bruises will heal my cuts will soon be gone, but when my children seen me on the floor with there father on top of me, them screaming to stop that's something that they will always remember, that's something that I can't explain to them why this happened, I can't tell them that their father isn't a monster I can't even take the fear that they have for him away... I never thought I'd be this person, I never thought I'd be a victim... The look on his face I'll never forget, I'm so lost... 😔 I don't even know my next move...
