Hello,

I'm pretty new to this, been trying to conceive for the past 6 months but only now really looking at my cycle and trying to not just rely on chance! My question is, I take two personal training sessions a week, in which I exercise to strengthen for back and neck issues. Does anyone know if doing this when trying to conceive is Ok? We've been trying all this week and I'm now two days after ovulation and worrying my workouts will effect what's going on inside?! I am quite active, I'm a dance teacher and still do a bit of dancing myself. Thanks! X
