My heart aches

I feel like my hearts in a million pieces, I was just told by my doctor that I have HSV-1 .

Does anyone know any information & have any advise for me?

I have been with the same man for years, we just had a baby. & I have a six year old on top of it... I have never even had a cold sore in my life before.

I’m devastated.

How do I bring this up to my fiancé? Because it literally feels like my whole life is upside down now.

The doctor said that I have HSV-1, said that I got it from a cold sore that made me breakout on the crease by my vagina... she said that it is from cold sores & my fiancé going down on me; which he didn’t.. he used his saliva to make me wet; so it makes sense... but seriously I’m devastated & need help telling him 😭😭😭
