Sharp pains and dizzy

Today I have 9 days before af is due. For the last 3-4 days I've been getting aching with random sharp pains in my lower abdomen, moderately severe headaches, dizziness and occasional nausea. I'm a bit worried. I've never had "normal" periods and have a history of dizziness and passing out for no apparent reason but the way I'm feeling is new to me.

Could I be pregnant again? (miscarried in February) could I just have the flu? Not sure what to do and trying not to read into it too much.
