Decaying toddler teeth?

My son is 2.5 years old I brush his teeth regularly 
Im noticing his front top teeth are starting to decay should i be worried? 
Would the dentist be able to do anything about it? 
Any advice is helpful thank you

Take him to a dentist, if they are decaying there are things they can do for him. Losing baby teeth early can affect his adult teeth. Or worse, decay can lead to infection or abscess. Do not give him milk or juice before bed (imagine all that sugar eating away at his teeth every night while he sleeps!). Clean his teeth with a wet rag or a child size toothbrush twice a day. Use a child safe toothpaste. Children should visit a dentist regularly as soon as their teeth come in. Your dentist may tell you to wait a year to come back or to come in every six months, they typically decide that based off of the home care and risk of decay. Your child is high risk if he currently has decay. Avoid fruit juices high in sugar, candy, fruit gummies (sugary and STICKY) and any kind of pop (acid and sugar.) A product we typically recommend for young children is MI paste. You rub it on their teeth with your finger right before bed and it will protect the enamel. It is calcium based (like milk, minus the sugar.) Please don’t disregard his dental health!! It’s extremely important.

My dentist wont Touch my sons. They just said they’ll fall out eventually and baby teeth don’t have nerves. Makes me so frustrated.

It’s probably from the milk sitting on his teeth. They drink so much milk at the age, and they don’t have there strong teeth yet. The milk sit on their teeth, that happened to my brother.
