What should I do?

I have had the same job (cutting men’s hair in a corporate salon) and I’m the assistant manager. I tell my manager what happens when she’s not there. I’ve ran into multiple scenarios where some of the stylists are unprofessional and rude toward the clients and I diffuse the situation. So me as an assistant manager, I tell my manager what’s going on. She tells the owner about it and he took away my management position at the new store because “my name keeps getting brought up and causing too much drama.” I’m extremely hurt because I was going to be manager for the new location opening on the other side of town. I bought a new laptop for scheduling and emails, moved closer to the store, made maternity plans (he pays for maternity leave when you’re the manager) and my commitment to this company is incredible. He just took it away just like that. I love my clients and I love what I do but now I’m always paranoid I’m going to be fired because I cause “too much drama.” After everything I’ve done for this company these past two years and he just takes it away from me. I make very good money doing what I do but at this point, I’m so hurt and discouraged. Now my plans for having a baby are gone and now I have to figure out what else I’m going to do.
