Am I being unreasonable?

Question

I am due in 6 weeks. My SIL is due in 4. We had our in laws to stay at the weekend. And my MIL mentioned she will be having my soon to be niece once a week when my SIL goes back to work. 
No offer has been made to us, my husband is quite upset that his mum is favouring his sister other grandchild. I think if you are going to offer to one then you should offer to both. 
His brother has already had two children and my MIL looked after them both until they started school. So it really feels as though we are being treated differently... has anyone else had a similar situation. Is it unfair of me to feel like this?

Does the sister need the help? Have you asked for help, or have you stated what you had planned for daycare when going back to work. I can see how it seems unfair, but maybe they thought you had your arrangement and didn’t want to butt in? With such little time left I would assume this was already discussed?

my MIL helps my BIL and not us.. irritating if we want to do something alone but it's fine by me if she would rather drink than watch my little..cause she isn't doing both. we don't do much that can't include our kid- soon to be kids.

My husband dad does that kind of thing all the time he is constantly taking my SIL kid over night, he takes her out to eat every friday and is always buying her stuff or taking her to events around us. He never offers to see our daughter or even asks about her he doesnt like me so he takes it out on my child and it hurts my husbands feelings. We have tried to involve him in her life but when she got out of NICU we found out she has the same blood disorder as my husband and his dad was blaming me saying I'm the reason she is sick. She had problems gaining weight and that was supposedly because I was starving her.  With this baby he doesnt even ask when the due date is or if it's a boy or girl he knows nothing about my kids.Ik our situations arent that similar but o get how it feels to be pushed to the side and its frustrating.

With my Mum I found she helped us girls a lil more as we are her daughters and she can kinda just ask and tell us what she wants to do but with my sil she didn’t want to over step her mark if u need help maybe ask hun the worst thing that can happen is she will say no good luck

She definitely doesn’t need the help. She had been talking about not going back to work at all, they are very well off. We have no choice as I can’t afford to not go back. Which they know. 
We haven’t asked as we know they offered to his brother when they needed help. So assumed if were able to, they would have offered us too. We didn’t know until this weekend she would be helping my SIL.

Am I being unreasonable?
