Im new to this app so I didn't know which category to put this so correct me if im posting in the wrong section. I've gotten a few ingrown hairs at one point it caused me pain and left a massive lump. I've only been washing down there with unscented soap (dove) when I shower as I know over washing is bad and I've only just started shaving more regularly (I still got them even when I never shaved. I've also started to sleep with no underwear on as I know that it's supposed to help and let it breathe, but im still getting them and im also getting the odd spots every know and then and on the inner side of it I have these small white spots quite a lot of them and they never leave. It also smells like even if I have my legs open I can smell it through my clothes 🤐😫. It makes me insecure as I've recently become more sexually active and although he's never said anything about it I still feel pretty rubbish about it. Any tips on why I have these problems and how to get rid of them will be greatly appreciated
