Dreams?

I have no idea what this means, or if it’s appropriate to post it here, but I have horrible nightmares all the time where I’m raped. It’s always people I know and it makes me uncomfortable around them and it’s the worst because none of them actually did anything. But why do these dreams happen and why are they so frequent?

Look up dreams and how they work. It's the collection of experience and knowledge, at least from what i know. Maybe you've been thinking of these friends, maybe you hung out with them recently, maybe youve read up more on sexual abuse, maybe you watched a movie or show with sexual abuse? Its just mashed information. It can also be completely random. Again, I'd recommend looking up dreams and how they work/why they happen. Hopefully that can give you some clarity.
