I had a very vivid dream last night about me getting a positive pregnancy test and i woke up so happy tested today bfn, could i be getting a positive soon or was it just a dream

Super long sorry! We lost our baby March 29th of this year. The day before my D&C a red bird flew up to our bay window and just watched me for a bit. Ever since I have been seeing the same red bird. He always comes when I'm thinking about our baby. We didn't start ttc untill July. In August during my "window' I was outside doing yard work. The same red bird landed on a tree stump I was working around. He watched me for a bit then flew off, leaving behind one red feather❤. I of course picked up the feather, and saved it, still have it. Two weeks later I got my positive! I truly feel the red bird was giving me a sign! I'm 5 weeks and 5 days💕
I use to not believe in signs, I definitely do now😊

This happened to me! Had a dream and took a test and I was pregnant :) he’s now 15 months old
