Seriously, why?

I don't sit around with my hand down my pants. Do you? Is this a guy thing? When we're just lounging around in the evening, my husband invariably has his hand in his pants, just tinkering around down there. He's just sitting there reading the news and poking around his nethers. Is he weird or is this just something men do? What gives?
