Constipation??

Just found out I’m around 4 weeks pregnant, I’m so bloated, gassy and sure I’m constipated. Is this all normal and if so how long does it last 😂😂

Very normal ! Unfortunately. I have been taking magnesium milk and has made a Big big difference! :)

It's normal. Unfortunately it might continue throughout the pregnancy. But it can change from week to week what the primary problem is. I'm currently almost always bloated and gassy 😩

It’s normal, but you should do something about the constipation before it gets out of hand. You don’t want to have to have a suppository in a few weeks! 😳 Take still softeners (without laxatives) or drink milk of magnesia. There are only certain things you can take for constipation during pregnancy (mostly because of the later stages in the process) so get used to using them now. You can also take Metamucil and upping your daily fiber intake can help too. Talk to your doctor when you go because they might have tips and tricks for you too! ❤️

It’s normal. GI motility slows down during pregnancy because a lot of the blood flow is redirected to the uterus. Bloating, for me, went down around 10 weeks. Diarrhea was only the very, very beginning (one of my first signs) but not everyone has that. That’s your body reacting to hormonal changes. And I’ll let ya know when I stop being constipated 😂 currently 25 weeks and still having problems with that lol
