What helped with swelling after c-section
Delivered my little girl via c-section yesterday and my legs and feet have doubled in size. I had the leg compressors on for a while then I was able to start walking around. Well they’re even more swollen now. What is something that worked for you in reducing the swelling? I’ve also tried upping my water intake. They’re to the point where I can’t even bend them 😂
