Weight gain in pregnancy

Hey does anyone else worry about this. I am a bit bigger as it is and it feels like I'm gaining a ton. The only time I feel good is when I'm eating. I'd really love some help. I don't want to gain a ton of unessecary Weight. Any suggestions as to what you did to keep it to a minimum. Thanks.
