Why chance it?? Vaping is worse for you than smoking as far as inside of your body even honors “safer” for those around you because it’s vapor instead of smoke. If I remember correctly the vapor and water you are putting into your body does some serious damage, I can’t remember what specifically but you should research it

I was vaping before I got pregnant and I did some research and they like to change the ingredients alot and majority are harmful it's best not to chance it. Vaping is just as bad as smoking ciggies.  Once I give birth a few wks later I'll be back to my vape. 😊 you got this.

I used vaping to quit smoking before getting pregnant. 
My doctor knows I still vaped 1-3mg of nicotine for a couple weeks while pregnant (didnt find out until after 8 weeks).. and that I still vape here or there with 0 nicotine to help deal with anxiety mostly.
That being said.. my own father makes vape juice so I am well aware of what's actually in my vape. 
My doctor wont say its 100% safe because of lack of studies... but she isnt upset/worried at all. I'm now 28 weeks pregnant...
I think it more so depends on what type of vape/ecigs you use and the juice you have. It is not regulated by law, so you cant always be sure what is in your juice.
