Bleeding at 8 weeks

I’m a little over 8 weeks along. I worked a 12.5 hour shift lastnight. At about 4 am my stomach started to feel like it was over full I get home and go to the bathroom and there was some pinkish blood with a dime size cm. After a few more wipes it was brown color. Now it’s just a tiny bit of pink only when I wipe. Anyone have any experience. This is my second pregnancy. I called the doctor and have an apt for ultrasound at 230. Just looking to ease my mind till then. 😞
