Miscarriage
Im 6 weeks pregnant and suddenly i started blown bleeding like spotting but after a day I bleeding like periods and as I shared pic my acan was not clear but still I get positive results and finally my blood report come also with positive HCG level (2845.5) but today I found lots of clot and bleeding like hell and now can say that its symptoms of miscarriage 😔
