2 week wait Symptoms or stubborn b/c Withdrawal?

So this might sound strange but here’s a little back story. I recently stopped Depo after my last shot ran out on 8/30. I previously took Depo through high school for 3 and half years and conceived my daughter 5 months later after my cycle returned. I haven’t had a period since before I got I in May. I started taking a prenatal with Vitex and a birth control cleanse 1 week before the shot “running out.” My doctor told me you can still ovulate without a period so I’ve been trying to tracking ovulation with a clearblue digital test. I got a blinking smiley for a week which means high fertility, than stopped testing because I thought it was faulty but I guess it’s normal to have high fertility on those certain tests for a week straight.

Anyways, I’ve had every early pregnancy symptom in the book.. I’ve taken a few tests within the past week but everything in negative. Is there a chance I could be in the 2 week wait period or am I over thinking all this?
