Tips for healing acne scars?

My acne has improved drastically in the last few years. However, I still get breakouts that leave these red scars and they make me so self conscious. They fade over time but I’m just wondering if there are any products you use that helps speed up the healing/fading process! I have a great routine with moisturizers and serums and gentle exfoliants but the redness is something I haven’t yet been able to conquer and it just makes me so self conscious. Thanks in advance.
