Retrograde bleeding/endometriosis Q’s

Hey ladies

So after a week of strong pain in my abdomen I spoke with a surgeon who told me it’s very likely I don’t have appendicitis and actually might have some retrograde bleeding,

Just wondering if any of you have dealt with this and what your routine/treatment/remedies are for this?

Also have any of you had RM and it led to a later diagnosis of endometriosis?

(I know it’s not ‘curable’ and will be with me till they end) but pretty nervous about this so anyone with similar experience?
