Vaginal pressure- please read.. is this just baby being low?

I’m 39w4d & for the last few days I literally have the urge to urinate ALL THE TIME. To the point I’ll go & then 15 min later feel like I have to again. The pressure is a lot & is worse when I’m walking and literally feels like my pee/baby/something will fall out if I don’t go. Yet it will only be a few drops at times. It almost feels like a burning sensation though but it’s hard to describe... the Dr told me baby is low but I’m not dilated yet. It’s just really aggravating esp still working. Wasn’t sure if it’s a UTI or likely just baby.. anyone feel this way?
