How much coffee can you have while pregnant?

I am pregnant and starting nursing school on Monday. My class starts at 8am and I already have two small children who take a good amount of my energy. How much coffee can I consume while pregnant?

Up to 200mg per day. What that means in terms of serving size will depend on the strength of your coffee. For me it’s about one 16 oz cup.

If you are used to drinking alot before getting pregnant you can have more then 200mg my Dr said 300mg wa s fine for me to have but honestly I have a Starbucks double espresso shot drink and a regular cup of coffee every morning plus still drink cokes during the day so 🤷‍♀️did the same my first pregnancy and he's just fine and so is this one so far !
