First trimester exercises for an amateur?
I have my confirmation appointment on Thursday so will definitely have more info from my doctor then but was wondering if anyone knows the best and safest exercises for someone who has honestly done little to no exercise in the past. I know I’m overweight already (5 ft 3 inch and 200 lb) so I’m sure they’re going to tell me to try and not gain too much weight so I want to start getting control of it now. I’ve already drastically changed my eating habits but want to be able to do a little more than just walking every morning. Thanks in advance!
