Help and advice

So I am fifteen years old, yes I am very new and naive to these things. I ended my period on Sept 2 and on Sept 4 I was with my boyfriend and we were fooling around. I gave him a hand job and he came on my hand and some got on his. We wiped our hands and were just kissing for a minute or two and then he fingered me with the same fingers. Could this in anyway cause or lead to pregnancy? I suffer from pretty bad anxiety so this hasn’t been a good two weeks. Thank you for any help !
