Can someone please help me?

I'm 4 weeks and 3 days I went to the er Sunday night because I started spotting with no cramps and they did all the test they could and said it could be implantation my hcg levels were 850 so I did a follow up Monday to have hcg levels done again and she said they dropped just a tiny bit and I have to go back tomorrow (Wednesday) for another hcg test and I'm worried sick still very light spotting with pelvic/vagina cramps has this happens to anyone with a success story?
