If you’re not sure when you ovulate then you may be ovulating late and it could be related to ovulation or it could be IB. If you’re not tracking, it can make it a little difficult to know whether that would be considered IB or ovulation bleeding. 🤷‍♀️

You’re right, I’ve been confused. I never ever spot between periods so when I saw this you could imagine my surprise. And I’m not necessarily ttc so I was shocked to see this.
