Am I loose?

So, idk if it's normal or whatever, but I know that I see and hear a lot of people say how they take a minute to adjust whenever someones fingering them or having sex, and that they're sore afterwards. I'm kinda nervous that in loose because even though it hurts a little but starting sex, I'm never really sore afterwards, even when I lost my v card I wasn't, is this normal or does this mean I'm just really loose, please help.
