Took Plan B, won't stop spotting

o I took Plan B in August , a month ago. I spotted light pink for 3 days which was good I know Plan B makes you spot. But then it happened again last week and I'm like okay maybe it's my period and this is a side effect. It wasn't and only lasted a day. Now im spotting again with no period in sight it's been happening for two days and I only need one or two pantyliners and even then it's not alot. I went all morning without a pad. What is going on ? Should I go to my GYN. Can I possibly be pregnant ? IDK I never had this happen.
