Hey guys! I've only dyed my hair once before, and it was red. Now I want to try the look in this picture. I am naturally a dirty blonde with natural high and low lights. My hair gets darker in the winter.

I assume I'll have to dye my whole head black, and then bleach the ends to do an ombre of grey, and then highlight with the blue..?

Another thing, will my brown eyebrows look weird with black roots? And when my (very fast growing) hair grows out, will it look aweful with blonde/brown roots? 😬
