Ulta??
Has anyone ever gotten their hair done at ulta and do they usually have good people in there? I know it’s probably different everywhere but I would think they would go for the same type. If that makes sense. Sorry if I sound dumb but I don’t know how to word it lol. Are they generally good at hair? I know they are good at makeup.
